Pricing $150 per person. $600 for a foursome. Please register as a team. Includes 18 holes of golf, breakfast, lunch and on course snacks, putting contest and other contests.

Add-Ons On Course Game Package: $30. Extra Lunches for non-golfers: $10. Raffle tickets for Prizes: 1 for $10 or 3 for $20.

Format Shotgun start. Scramble. Par is your friend.

Dress code as required by Heritage Golf Club: Proper golf attire is always required of all golfers. Demin, swimsuits and tank tops are not allowed. Collared shirts or mock neck tees for men. Any sleeveless shirt for ladies must have a collar. Ladies may not wear short shorts. All players must wear non-metal spikes.

Sponsorship

Email Julianna or another Task Force member to become a sponsor!

Individuals, companies or organizations can sponsor the event through a cash or in-kind donation. In-kind donations items we are seeking are: printing of event materials, beverages, snacks, breakfast, lunch, prizes, etc.

All sponsors will get their name on our banner and event swag. Those who commit to sponsor by August 1, 2023 will be included in all marketing material. All sponsors are also welcome to provide materials or items for participant goody bags.

  • Level 1: $250+ cash or in-kind. Name on Banner & Event Swag.
  • Level 2: $500+ cash or in-kind. Sponsor a Hole Sign OR Sponsor the Kids Putt Putt Event at Precious Lambs.
  • Level 3: $700 (One sponsorship available) Hole in One Sponsor.
  • Level 4: $1000+ cash or in-kind. Sponsor a Hole Sign and 50% off of registration for a team of four.
  • Level 5: $2000+ cash or in-kind. All prior benefits and a team of four.
  • Level 6: $5000+ cash or in-kind. All prior benefits and two teams of four.
